What is CBD?

CBD stands for cannabidiol. It is a naturally occurring non-intoxicating compound found in hemp plants.  

Where does the CBD in your beverages come from?

Our beverages are made with CBD derived from hemp plants only. CBD is extracted from hemp plants and emulsified with other ingredients that make it possible to mix CBD in water. The emulsified CBD is then infused in our beverages, which are made from all natural botanicals.

So what’s the difference between hemp and marijuana?

The two plants do come from the same family, but hemp is non-psychoactive, while marijuana may or may not be psychoactive depending on the THC/CBD content in the plants. Hemp plants always contain higher levels of CBD and almost no THC. Our beverages are made with hemp-based CBD only.

Will your beverages get me high?

No. Our beverages contain Hemp-based CBD, a non-psychoactive cannabinoid. The THC level is below 0.3%, which is the legal limit for Hemp-based CBD beverages.

What’s the dosage in your beverages? 

All of our Sparkling Teas and Juices are dosed with 20mg of hemp-based CBD.

What else is in your beverages?

In addition to hemp-based CBD, our beverages are made with natural ingredients: fresh fruits, real cold-pressed fruit juices and herbal teas.  

So what will I feel if I have one of your drinks? 

The effects of Hemp-based CBD may differ from person to person.

Do your drinks taste like cannabis?

No! Our Sparkling Teas and Juices are made with flavourful, natural ingredients, so all you’ll taste is a refreshing fruit juice or herbal tea.

Will your drinks give me the munchies?  

No. Generally CBD does not impact appetite in the same way as THC.

Do your beverages expire?

Check the bottom of your can for the production date. We are continually testing our products for stability and shelf life can vary from product to product.
